Box for PCR operations REACT 70
A box specially designed for the preparation of samples for polymerase chain reactions (PCR) and manipulation of DNA and RNA. It is mainly used in microbiology, hematology and genetics. It ensures a sterile working environment thanks to LED UV lighting, which very effectively decontaminates and degrades nucleic acids, thereby preventing contamination of PCR samples.
Box je stolného typu, telo vyrobené z ocele so špeciálnym antimikrobiálnym náterom Alesta Dupont. Bočné a predné steny sú z bezpečnostného skla neprepúšťajúceho UV žiarenie, pracovná plocha a zadná stena potom z nerezovej ocele AISI 304 L. LED UV lampy sú riadené časovačom, pri otvorení predného skla sa navyše UV žiarenie automaticky vypne. Počas práce v boxe slúži na osvetlenie biele LED svetlo.
V základnej výbave boxu je jedna elektrická zásuvka umiestnená v stropnej stene boxu.
